Simon Klaasen started the biomedical sciences education and received his Bachelor degree. After that he continued into the Master Policy, Management and Entrepreneurship in biomedical sciences. Simon worked in several responsibilities within CRO's and pharmaceutical companies. One of his responsibilities is to ensure the clinical trials are conducted according to the ICH-GCP regulations and guidelines, to ensure the patients rights are preserved and to ensure the validity of the clinical study data.

Peter Verwaijen, gained most of his experience during the 16 years that he worked as controller for Atlas Venture, a transatlantic Venture Fund. More recently he worked as controller for Glaucus Proteomics, a Dutch biotech start-up company. Since 2002 Peter is Chief Financial Officer of AM-Pharma Holding B.V., a Dutch biotech and (pre)clinical development company.

Edwin Swart has a bachelor degree in physical therapy and worked in several disciplines with an accent on working with groups and patients. After that he started the biomedical sciences education. The last two years of this education was reserved for the Master Policy, Management and Entrepreneurship. After receiving his Master degree he worked as a CRA trainee where he encountered the problems in patient recruitment and how this could be improved. As a result of that he worked for Link2Trials.
